The stamper head is made out of clear silicone to ensure you can clearly see how and where you're placing your stamp.

 

Silicone stampers are sensitive so keep in mind that they should not be cleaned with nail polish remover. The easiest way to clean them is with a lint tape roller or crafting tape.
